Welcome to my culinary universe, where thoughtful cuisine meets refined hospitality.

Based in Lisbon, I create bespoke culinary experiences for private clients, retreats, events, and company gatherings, alongside restaurant consulting, fully curated off-site experiences, and intimate cooking classes. I also produce my own gluten-free bread, crafted locally in Lisbon.

My approach, “Caring through food,” brings together seasonality, nutritional awareness, and elegant simplicity. I create food that is both indulgent and nourishing, using fresh, whole ingredients selected not only for their flavour, but also for the way they can support energy, vitality, and overall well-being.

I grew up in a bakery, surrounded by the smell of freshly baked bread, so giving up bread was never really an option for me. As I became more passionate about nutrition, I began looking more closely at the way many modern breads are made with highly refined flours, heavy processing, and fast production methods that can make them feel difficult to digest.

As a baker’s daughter and a true bread lover, I wanted to create a more nourishing alternative for people who avoid gluten or find traditional bread uncomfortable to digest—without compromising on texture or flavour. The result is simple: gluten-free, thoughtfully made, and genuinely tasty.

Order your freshly baked gluten-free bread online and collect it on Mondays or Wednesdays at The Gladstone, Rua de Santo Amaro 72, Lisbon.
